Upcoming Platform Enhancements: Infrastructure Migration and Revision Retention Policy Update

As part of our continued commitment to improving performance and site management, we’re rolling out two key updates:
• A migration to a new hosting infrastructure
• An updated revision retention policy

These updates will occur in two phases to ensure a smooth and manageable transition.
Phase 2 – July 16–17, 2025
Infrastructure Migration
• Start: Tuesday, July 16 at 7:00 PM MT
• End: Wednesday, July 17 at 7:00 AM MT

Revision Retention Policy Effective Date: July 17

• tax.colorado.gov
• hcpf.colorado.gov
• ag.colorado.gov
• cdola.colorado.gov
• dpo.colorado.gov
• oit.colorado.gov
• cdor.colorado.gov
• cbi.colorado.gov

What to Expect During Migration:
• Sites will be locked for content editing and publishing.
• Users may encounter the message: “The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.”
• Normal functionality will resume after the migration window.

Revision Retention Policy Update:
• The six-month revision retention will be applied to the same content types listed above.
