We are currently aware of an issue affecting users accessing PayPort from iOS mobile devices (iPhone).
On affected devices, the payment amount field triggers the standard numeric keyboard, which does not include a decimal point. Because the field requires entry in the format XXX.XX, users may be unable to enter a valid payment amount and complete their transaction.

Workaround:
Until the issue is resolved, users can successfully complete transactions by using:
A desktop or laptop computer, or
A non-iOS mobile device
A fix has been scheduled for deployment at 7:00 a.m. on 6/11/2026. Users should not experience any downtime or service interruption during the implementation of this update.
